Make sure the upper cab wedge moves freely when pushed inwards. If you put the upper door wedge on and it pushes the door down ward to far, the door might need adjusting. It could have bent hinges, the cab could be bent downward slightly. You're going to have to try and find the problem. My guess is the cab may have been hit and it's not fully aligned. Compare w/passenger side.
