Dave I put a dual leverlock in my PW dump truck so i could lock all four wheels. It gets cut into the brake lines between the master cylinder and the wheel cylinders. It is basically a valve that shuts holding the pressure in the brake line after you depress the pedal. There has also been discussion here about how the valve leaks down over time, which I believe is correct, one can't depend on the holding power of a mico lock for a long period of time, like overnight, you should use a mechanical means of holding the truck. So if you have a dual master you would need the dual mico lock to lock all four wheels, If you have the older one line system the single mico lock will lock all four wheels. I like my dual lock because with my hydraulic winch I can winch from the front of my truck with all the wheels locked firmly.
