The bad parts shown are at the intersection of the front leaf spring mount, the humped crossmember (bolster?) and the main frame. I think the crossmember holds water and the whole thing rusts from the inside out.
The frame is 11 gauge with an internal 14 ga stiffener channel. Once I get the 11 gauge finished, I plan to bend and install the inner channel.
I work at a metal fabrication company, so we can pretty much make any of the parts that are needed.
I'll send a photo now and then.
I wanted you to feel sorry for me and help me find a part now and then.
