Jerry. My stepdad has a 222 in a remington short action ,I think it was a 721.He handloaded it and he got it to go pretty fast and flat.Varmit guns can be fun if you have varmints in your erea.In my erea we have wild turkeys all over.They are like teenagers at the mall. Steve
