Keith, thanks for the reply. That is a lot of info. I realize that my castor angle and pinion angle are more or less "locked together" since I would have to disassemble the axle tubes from the center housing to change to change my pinion angle and keep my castor angle correct.
I guess I'm just wondering why there is so much difference in the pinion angle between the 44 and 60 axle. It must be related to the married/divorced transfer case mounting as thats when the factory changed the pinion angles.
My Dana 60 is from a crew cab so I'm pretty confident it will work but I did'nt want to go to all the effort & expense of rebuilding it if it was going to cause more problems than its worth.
