One of my boys is going through his second child hood and bought a sixties muscle car lots of noise and horse power vroom vroom ok .He tells me he paid 13,000 and it appraised at 19,000 . So I have to ask myself if he purchased the car for 13 and it aprzzs at 19000 . the value of the car is ?To my thinking its a 13000 dollar car thats what he paid the taxes on and thats what the cheque was for .My thinking anyway so why would the aprazel be over the cost i wonder if insurance companys have to pay out the apraz on a total loss ? and looking on line at older restored vehicle i see "apprazed " for 31000. will take 25 thou ? or 12000 invested will take 9 ? is Mr insurance company on the hook to the over rated appraisals ? ~ Copey
