Planning for the rally October 9-10 is coming right along. Gary Robertson designed an awesome T-shirt with the mountains of WV and the New River Gorge Bridge in the background. I imagine he will post an image once his computer is back up and running. If not, I can send one to Joe to post. Don't worry Mike, the shirts will be grey this year to match your beard. Rick Sultan, Dave Maher, Tim Holloway, Gordon Maney, Bill in PA, Steve at VPWs, and John Bizal at Midwest Military have all sent or promised donations for the raffle, not to mention the gift baskets and garage goodies that guests will bring. Kieth Wolfe won the rotating garage sign last year. This year it will go home with another lucky winner to sport in his garage for the next two years. We have booked Sam Lamont, a great local blues guitar player and singer for Saturday night. Check him out. I'm nailing down catering for Saturday Lunch and dinner this week. Tim is making the awards with some black walnut cut on my farm. We pressed a bunch of apples last week. I'll bring some cider to go with the venison chili or stew on Friday. If I can swing it, I'll bring the cider press and we will make some more on site. Expecting maybe 12-15 trucks and 40-50 people. I hear Joel Folman is bringing two trucks!
