There are 7 boxes. Name, E-mail, Subject, Message, (Then the words Optional Link) URL, Title, (Then the words Optional Image Link) URL
Put your link location, that URL from the upper bar on the page you want to share into the URL box from the Optional Link section. Then put a Label on it in the Title box. The TITLE is important, without the title there will be no link. There is no default text.
So I copied and pasted your URL into the URL box, and wrote a title in the Title box. If you want an image make sure it ends in .jpg or .gif, something image like, and grab that URL and paste it into the lower URL box.
In general most people who try and post images make the mistake of posting a link to the PAGE the image is on, the one with all the junk around it, and the "next" buttons, etc. The image needs to be ALL BY ITSELF, or you need to copy the image location, which is done differently depending on which browser you are using. Some sites offer up the URL you need, make sure you grab the uncluttered one, not the with all the image src stuff. If you have further questions let us know, someone will know the answer.
