The picture URL has to end in jpg to post on here.
Your's does not,it ends in direct link.
Try right cicking on your picture select properties and copy&paste the URL address to the optioal image link box.
After you first take your cursor and back space whater you have in the box already until it's clear again.
You cannot past over anything in the box, you must start empty.
