I'll assume you have a 4 bolt air cleaner carb. The throttle stub shaft housing bushing is not available from NAPA or any other distributors. These trucks are just to old. If you feel that is the problem, you'll need to send it off for a rebuild as mentioned. The guys are probably correct in saying that the bushing is not the cause. Even the clamp carb throttle shafts don't fit tight. The float may be adjusted to low or a problem other than fuel.
