A couple options.........till something better is found.

The Dodge Dakota wipers from the Mid 90's thru early 2000 have the typical power we need in snow country. A while back, I bought a new set off ebay. They will rip your finger off.......I know LOL. Problem is; You will have to lengthen the main tubular support, lengthen the parallelogram arms. Then remove the Valance cover, install and make the valance cover retained by screws not spot welds. This can be done........but its a long ways from plug and play. You will also have to relocate the holes in the cab for the output shafts (easy to do). If anyone wants to make a custom install, I will be happy to give you the Dakota Wipers FREEBE.
The Dakota design is 'coast to park'.

The Trico Saab Platform wipers were dynamic park. No matter where they were in the arc, the wiper motor instantly reversed to a positive and instant park

I use the American Bosch Industrial WWF series on my M37. Awesome power. Great on M37's will not fit in PW/WC's. These will also rip you finger off

My Carryall uses a set of Ford Model A electric repo wipers. Actually, these wipers work quite well, even in reasonable snow. They are self contained like Marine Versions. One problem is the depth of the unit. They fit well except the wiper
cover on the valance must be spaced out roughly .375" to clear the motor. I used a nice looking piece of weather strip to fill the gap. These wipers have a strange design. 12 volt power is always present on the wiper motor, the ground is switched on and off for both parking and shutdown. It works fine, just strange. These are
'coast to park' design. I bought them from Dick Spardos Ford Repo's
Part Number A17580-SS12. Phone 800-222-3248 in 2004, they cost $45 each. NAPA
Classic Arms and blades can be adapted to fit will. The arms and blades that come with then are.......well less that what I wanted. The NAPA classic blades are
PN 60-1033 and the NAPA arms are PN 60-750
