My old drums were toast. Too far gone. I order four complete drum and hub units from VPW. The drums were salvaged as "one more time" and put on a lathe by VPW. From outside edge of cut to inside edge of cut, measured at four locations ninety degrees apart:
12 o'clock 2 1/2"
3 " 2 13/32"
6 " 2 1/2"
9 " 2 13/32"
