I hate to admit it Clinton but you're right.
All the best steakhouses in BC use USDA grade A beef. If you shop at Costco & buy beef from a Canadian Costco...once you try the beef from a US Costco...you understand the difference.
Not sure why either since we do everything else better up here :)
I guess you guys use the same steroids on them that Lance Armstrong uses :) :)
