The 413 is an RB block, same as the 426 Wedge, 440, and the first generation 383 (1959 and 1960 ONLY). The 350, 361, 400 and 1961-on 383's are B's.

The industrial 413 is damn-near bulletproof, though. It was designed for hundreds of thousands of miles, and has some very unique internal components not found on any other B/RB engine. That's a great price on it, too. If it was closer, I'd pick it up myself!
