1986 W250 stock height

I know its actually a Ram but im hoping some knowledgably kind folks might help me out on this. I've tried some other sites with 0 luck.

So I just got a 1986 Dodge W250 360 4 speed and I have a couple of questions.

Does anyone know the stock height of the truck? From Top of 16" rim to the fender measurement.
Has anyone ran 15" rims on a W250 Front disc Dana 44 and 60
