I have my tire shop true the tires mounted on the split rims of my 69 W300. Then they spin balance them on the truck. You would not believe how little weight it takes to balance them. It is a pleasure to drive on long distances. I also do the same thing on my trailers with house trailer type axles. It sure eliminates the vibration when running empty.
