Answer to vibration for many PW tires?

This is a very interesting site. Look at the video of the tire truing machine at work.
Many years ago my brother had this done for his pickup truck's tires that were slightly out of round. Made a huge difference.
I am not sure how well it would work with the really "lug" tires like a power king, though.
