A while back someone was looking to get some U bolts bent up. Saw an ad in a region paper of a place able to do them from 3/8" to 1 1/4" rod. Says they can do round, semi round and square U bolts using grade 8 stock.

Haven't used them myself, just passing along info, Kevin
