like Bill said you can get a pedal. sometimes it takes opening the bleeder and pumping a few times to get things flowing. then after all are gravity bled you can crawl underneath, grab brake pedal with left hand, bleed left frontt wheel with right hand, and that gets lots of air out. Or you can do the hose in a jar of brake fluid method, it takes lots of filling of the master though.
