The way the courts are set up here you can figure a MINIMUM of 2 months before you have to get out. We have some rentals and trust me, most all renters "exercise" this right to the fullest.
30 days AFTER eviction notice, then 30 days more ususally before court will send a court officer to forciably move you.
Chriscase is right, the court system will be all over him.
