I would check with local legal aid if available. I think that you may be able to legally stay put for a while till you find somewhere else to move to on your time schedule. I know that if you have been receiving mail at that address it strengthens your right to be there. You may have to suffer some more abuse until you get your ducks inline but don't give up. Make your father go through the legal moves to evict you so that you get your say in court too. Again - catch your breath, think things through. As mentioned get law enforcement involved if your father makes any threatening gestures of any type. This may help establish grounds for a restraining order. Based on what has already transpired with him you could probably get one now. Do a little leg work and find out your legal rights. Good luck. Brighter days will come!
