The only beef I have with O'Reilly's is that, at least around here, the oldest guy in the store is usually in his 30's, maybe late 20's. Their lack of life experience let alone having never owned a car with a carburetor, ignition points or anything without an “on-board computer”, leaves one leery about asking questions if you’re looking for any kind of help from them!

After one horrible experience I sent an e-mail to their corporate office telling them they definitely needed some remedial-training with these kids on exactly what the phrase "Customer Service" means. No response from them, ever.
