The part number you listed does not appear in the 47-56 PW parts book, so it looks like it's a different box. Are you working on an M37 truck? That number is for the lower housing cover. There are three used:
up-to vehicle S/N# 80030116 CC# 1270133
After vehicle S/N# 80030117 (spun) CC# 1501214
After vehicle S/N# 80030117 CC# 1501215
The M37 listing does not show a bolt or plug used on the end of the worm shaft. The shaft is tubed for horn wire.
