OT John Deere 2010 Crawler Tractor

I have found a John Deere 2010 crawler tractor for sale. It has diesel engine, 6-way blade, rear winch, replaced pistons and bearings, reworked under carrige.

Needs o-ring seals in the hydraulic pump replaced. (Have to pull engine to remove pump.)

Any ideas on value of this tractor?
