The oil pan gasket sucks on these Jeep. It comes off in tiny little pieces. Its a real pain in the rear to scrape it of some on the pan and the rest on the block. We have done a few. The seal is easy but the oil pan gasket is a pain to get off. Bill. PS if its only a drip or 2/3 let it go. Just make sure you PCV system is open. The port in the intake manifold sometimes blocks up.
