The leak could be a misplaced or missing gasket between the two.
Worst scenario could be a cracked case,not unheard of.
The rolling back is a faulty or missing check valve that keeps oil in the converter.
Chry. tans. don't move oil in park through the cooler or converter.
That's why you always check the level in "N"
I would bring these problems up with your re builder.
For now after starting I would hold the brake and select neutral for a few seconds then
drive or reverse.
Your clutch packs are taking a beating right now while rolling back and waiting for the oil pressure to come up.
