Black= too much fuel.
White = water vapor.
Blue = oil.

I's say take it for a good drive. Get it thoroughly warmed up before passing judgment. Might just be water vapor in the exhaust system form not getting up to operating temperature for many many starts.

Next, if it smokes only when first started up, it;s probably guide seals. The oil dribbles down the valve stems when shtu off, then burns off when first started.

Blows blue smoke when coasting, usually rings. Higher engine vacuum sucks oil up past the rings.

None of these problems are compression related. No sense doing a compression test. except a cranking rhythm test.
