non construction people like to use the term "Gin Pole" but those who know & and have used one do not. if it has an "A"-Frame setup then
the chances are the frame is sprung or cracked
rust is the bigest issue in old iron.
mechanical parts can be replaced but rust is
a hard thing to deal with
