Looks pretty good. I have a couple of suggestions, if you don't mind:
1. Be sure to provide drainage holes large enough to get rid of water and dirt, but small enough that chain links don't fall through. I had storage built into a bumper on a truck once. They were great, except for getting packed full of mud.
2. Figure out some way to lock the pto levers down so they don't accidentally get bumped and engage the pto. Not a good thing to have happen.
