When that trailer was purchased it had dry rotted tires and a 2 year old expired license plate, no inspection as well, the thing about killed the first owner when he loaded up two 4 door crewcabs from all of the whipping due to the weak channel iron it was made from, the rear ramps were cratered due to being made out of simple angle iron. If you look in your picture one can see its frame is bowed and the trucks have to be loaded so far to the front it puts to much weight on the haul truck. The beams and redo of the ramps fixed the problem, I have been told that it wont pass dot due to some design flaw that made the orignal builder go out of business, they dont make them like this anymore, I am really not sure why, after the beef up it is really a good trailer and not a nightmare to haul across country from the incessant whipping it used to produce with the too light main rails. That picture shows a haul truck overloaded by the way and against good judgement for sure, look how much it is squating down on the rear!! Thats prob why the load is one truck to the front and one truck to the rear, they prob were trying to stop the whip crack effect it produced before it was fixed. Good trailer now with no flexing or expired tags or licence, anybody needs one here it is!!!!
