Exhaust Manifold Installation Help Needed

Hi,
I am getting ready to install exhaust manifolds on my 67 W300 CC with 318 poly. I plan on using threaded studs and brass nuts to attach them. I also purchased FelPro gaskets from NAPA. A few questions I have are: What is the correct torque for the nuts? Should I use lock washers? Is the gasket self sealing or should I use some type of RTV? What type of sealer should I use on the studs going into the water jackets? Any other other word advise would be greatly appreciated.
