Useable?

I picked up these rear shock mount brackets a month or two ago, and just started cleaning them up. For the most part they looked fine but one of the lower brackets has me concerned.
It probably hit something, most likely off road, but I'm wondering if it's still usable? The other side is a slightly different design so it's probalby not from the same truck but it's fine.
