Its not a blind faith idealogy or anti government whine its facts that have been said.
They have already talked about doing that stuff. You yourself said you want to see the government freeze assets of BP and thats been talked about also.
They have talked about taking away their tax breaks.
They have talked about adding a clean up tax
They should just stay back and let the oil people do what they need to do. Help out if they can. Activate some National G units. Get some Dueces and bulldozers out working taking care of the coast.
You watch and see............most everyone including you is in a hate BP/Oil Companies mood right now. The democrats are all desperate for votes and they will start the attack on big oil companies in the coming weeks. Then show everyone how much good they have done by taking care of those big bad oil companies and putting them back in line. Perhaps we need to appoint a Oil Czar!
