You really need to google an image of an M-37 and one of a WM300 (like the one on this page in the upper right corner).
Not only do they look nothing alike, the wheel bases aren't the same either. The M-37 is an open cab and except for the M-601 derivitive, the WDX, W300M, WM300 are all closed cabs.
