Treat the counter guys like you want to be treated. Be their friend....understand that they too have bad days. Bad days tread easy, good days give'em hell LOL. We talk about their hobbies, the kids ball game. Besides counter guys, all of them are my friends. They do a large truck business. The owner told me if he has to, he will go outside NAPA to get what I need.
