Cheap, generic voltage regulator. Get a real Mopar one. My truck had 16.7v at idle with a NAPA unit, stuck in a Mopar ($22.00 vs $28.00) and all was well in the world of the "Mountain Goat" again.
Also, while you're at the dealer, buy another ballist resistor and carry it in your glove box! ;-)
