What year 318 Poly is this?

In my '63 W200, I was told that the engine might have been replaced. Tough to tell. Today I scraped and cleaned the engine block well enough to read the info on the left front of the block:

153601P
14964

These are all the numbers I can decipher. I'd love to know what year engine this is so I can get the right parts, etc. for it as I start replacing stuff.
