The sealed bearing will work ok, but will eventually leak oil through it once the grease mixes with the hypoid. Another problem is that a sealed bearing initially won't provide enough oil to lube the seal on the yoke. Swap the bearing for a non sealed one, or you can remove the seals on it and run it. The rear seal I used is a nice modern double liped seal. TCM seal part number 213065TA. Hasn't leaked a drop in 5 years. Everything else does though...
