I use:
Sta-Lube Multi-purpose Hypoid 140w Gear Oil for the transmission and transfer case
Sta-Lube Multi-purpose Hypoid 90w Gear Oil for the differentials, steering box and winch
I also split a bottle of Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabalizer between tranny and transfer case and a bottle between the diffs. It really makes a difference in how the tranny shifts, it's also more quiet. I have also noticed less "shift flakes" when changing the oil. That something PTFE can't help with.
