FYI, A Cummins 4BT with a Ranger overdrive and the parts needed to stuff everything into a M37 will run around $6,000. Add to this the cost of Ray's disc brakes, power steering box, 4.89/locker(s), and seat belts, and you could have a truck like mine...
I'm working on a bolt in Cummins/Ranger kit that should be ready early next year.
As far as I know, the MARS Hercules kit is not currently available, but it never hurts to call Paul and ask. Ray's kit looks like the way to go if you want to put in the V8.
