My '48 B-1-PW was bought new by my late father in law who used it on his farm for 20 years and bought another new one in '68. When he died in 1977 my friend Bill bought the '68 and still has it. The original 251 is still in it with 62,000 miles. It has been parked for two years because the last year Bill used it it was leaking lots of oil from every gasket in the engine. To my surprise I found out a couple of years ago that my '48 does not have the original engine, the engine that was in it when I bpought it in 1960 originally came in a car. So I do not know how many miles the original 230 ran. Dave
