You don't say the year, but just buy new ones. They're cheap, and JC Whitney probably carries them if NAPA doesn't. Don't bother rebuilding them unless you have time on your hands. replace all of your lines while you're open. If they are more then 3 years old, you'll want fresh ones anyway.

Slave cylinder installation is a piece of cake! 2 bolts, one line fitting, and you're done. Get a Mity-Vac to do a one man bleed.
