One lock cut cost,kept you from entering in traffic,and since the drivers door can be locked from within it kept you from locking the keys in it.
As far as the angle of the winch piece goes,it was a joke for older engineers at Dodge to do odd things like that just to mess with the younger ones.Little did they realize the impact that joke would one day have on one,Tim Way!
