a compete rebuild with parts and paying for machine work around here in WA has become more expensive. parts are stil reasonable but the machine work has gone up qutie a bit inthe last 10 years. so it is easy to get into a 230 2K by the time your done. But if you live in a town with competitive prices on the machine owrk you might do better. I have gone .060 ove on many flatheads with no problems. I only sleeve when necessary.
