While I have never experienced your problem, I have read of others that have. In most cases the fix is so simple.
Somewhere on the PS tank cap, there is a air vent. If that air vent gets plugged, pressure builds in the tank side of the PS Pump assembly and pushes fluid out. Check to be sure your cap is not plugged . I have never had to do this, but I have read this fix more than once.
