Fuel delivery vapor lock problems still

I'm at wits end- ready to walk away from t he truck. I can't seem to shed the vapor lock problem.I put on the heat shield and no change. When I cool off, I guess its the electric fuel pump. makes to sense to me. Why would I have this problem now. Why don't other have this problem. Nothing new under the hood. I know the new fuels are more volatile than non ethanol fuel. What would be a good electric fuel pump. Mount it on frame? By pass the mechanical fuel pump?

Any help appreciated
