These look to be Dexter axles and suspension like my trailer. It originally had the plates and bolts with cheesy nylon insert that all wore out like yours. The local Dexter dealer had an upgrade kit with greaseable pins, bronze bushings and new side plates. It wasn't too much money as I recall. The trailer manufactures normally use the low end stuff to keep the price down.
