I have bought and sold plenty of cars trucks over the past 27 years, can't give you an exact figure though. I can say that a 59 W300 would be on my list of KEEPERS.
I have spent time bringing forgotten trucks out of the weeds, working on them, stripping parts, boxing them up, taking time to send them out via Forward Air to help the buyer save on shipping costs.
If I had $5 for every question I have answered to anybody that has contacted me wanting information I would be a millionaire. I also enjoy that aspect of it. Paul in NY rolls out his beautiful W300 on the forum recently. I see the wheels on it and grill medallion came form me, makes me proud. I certainly did not gouge him, and took the time out to send the stuff Forward Air, a 45 minute drive from me.
I enjoy the hobby immensely and will continue to do what I have done since I was 16. It is not a full time business, not sure if I would want it to be.
So, if you want to call me out, well, here I am. The guy who got the 59 W300 also has the same opportunity to defend his reputation right here on the forum.
