Pitman arm/Power steering

I asked a similar question some time ago but cannot find the answer with the search function so with apologies I ask again.

I am putting power steering in a PW (actually a 6X6). We have the pitman arm off the PW steering box but it does not fit the newer reverse rotation Dodge box. What to do??
