I use the TP Tools 960-SE Blast Cabinet;

http://www.tptools.com/p/875,54_960-SE-Patriot-Abrasive-Blasting-Cabinet.html

I bought it in 2000 and its seen hard use now for 10 years. I have never once had a problem. I also suggest you buy the TP Tools
6120-22 Bolt Basket so its easy and quick to blast fasteners and other parts to small to hold.

The cabinet comes with a few sheets of clear plastic that protects the viewing glass from etching. Without the plastic protection, you will ruin the glass in short order. TP Tools plastic protector is not priced to well....
its expensive. I get what is called Crystal Clear at my local lumber yard. This stuff comes on a roll, is 3 foot wide and you buy it by the foot. In the 3 foot wide deminsion, you can cut out two protectors. Its cheap, crystal clear and quite heavy duty. It lasts a long time. Dont try the cheap roll plastic as its not really clear and will hinder your viewing. Also the Blast Cabinet comes with ceramic blast nozzle tips. You will find these will wear quite quickly, When they wear, performance of your blast seriously suffers. TP Tools offers Carbide
blast nozzles. They are more costly, but in my heavy use, I can get roughly a year or a little less on one carbide nozzle. Its a great savings. Hope this helps

Paul
